The Sweet Things in Life Spell

Today is Roald Dahl’s birthday, author of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and many other children’s books. Sit down and get comfortable in your favorite chair or couch in your home. Cuddle up in a warm comforter or blanket; surround yourself with happy things. Have a warm mug of hot chocolate and a plate of chocolate cookies in your lap. Close your eyes and think of all the sweet things in your life and send out wishes for your life to be filled with even more sweetness. Focus this warm, happy feeling and direct it into the mug of chocolate and the cookies. Slowly and deliberately, sip and savor the drink and eat the cookies.

And delight
As I eat chocolate
Dark and light!
