Delay sought on hearing over nativity display
The group suing over the installation of a nativity scene at Green Bay City Hall last Christmas wants to delay Monday's hearing on the issue.
Richard Bolton, the lawyer representing the Madison-based Freedom From Religion Foundation and 14 Green Bay residents who support the effort, filed a motion this week seeking a delay. Click here for the full story
