Potion For Youth Preservation

They say you are only as old as you feel. To create a potion to feel young and full of spirit (it also helps preserve youthful appearance) combine the following ingredients in a spell bottle:

Fresh, homemade apple juice, cider that has been allowed to age for more than seven days, apple vinegar, clear apple brandy, one ounce of honey, and a drop of wintergreen.

Seal the bottle and carry it with you always. As you are sealing the bottle, chant the following:

"Apple's flesh be mine
Forever preserved in time
As I say in kind"
